    I was sent the wrong exhaust after specifying twice the correct year and model, they refused to accept that the issue was with them, even though my bike was an option on there own drop down box, they refused to pay for the return at first, it took me weeks to fight this. In the end their final offer was to give me a full refund and pay for the return but on the condition that I gave them positive feedback. I don't like being blackmailed so hence this negative feedback. eBay were no help either.
