    I recently purchased an iron that had the wrong shaft, after being told it was the shaft I requested. When I received the club, I started the return and had a label sent to me. I shipped the club in the exact condition I received it in which was totally fine. When the seller received the club it was snapped in half during the shipping, from what it seems like.
