    Iron for feeling tired most of the time!

    Great mineral and best when taken with Vitamin C because of Vit. C helps Iron to be more absorbed in the body! You get to feel the difference within a week or so after taking it but don't overdo it because of Iron poisoning! So start taking it once a day and then after a while one day yes and skip every other day! Iron is great for blood to absorb more oxigyn in your body! Too much Iron will make you constipated!
