    This tool does not do a good job. The washers taht cam e with it are both the same even though the instruction says to place the one with the curved face on the outside of the vent. It just distorts and mashes the vent into the drum shell even after you use the rounded side of the nut to flare out the inside first. The bolt is too small for a standard vent and it shifts around as you tighten it causing thread marks and elongation of the vent. It's a waste of money.

    I would first say. Why not contact me for another grommet ? Clearly you did not follow instructions. But how is possible that we have sold several hundred of these and you claim it does not work. Or even return it for a refund ??
