    Almost unbelievable performance.

    Once a person masters the twist needed for operation a balloon can be tied in under one and a half seconds. It takes more time to fill the balloon than to tie. Wrap, twist pull through slot and strip balloon off stick to start next balloon. I trained 8 people to use this tool and none of them took over three minutes to master the tool. In one half hour per day we launched over three thousand water balloons over a 4 day period, .
