      Very close to original! Valves all had proper clearances . I did change the retainers just to get the necessary lift for my cam! Seller offers more lift options, but I didn’t ask! The head was just as described and maybe better! The casting looked about the same as a stock 062 casting! The ports maybe were .040-.050 smaller! Great deal and good affordable replacement for the vortex 5.7 head

      The heads are China castings. They have some of the expected inconsistencies. They flow poorly stock. I got 205 at .450 lift. On one head I had casting drift. The intake port was about 1/8 smaller top and bottom from a stock 906 GM. The intake port CC at 164 Chamber 62. Head 2 was about 3/16 smaller only on the top. They do not have ski jump like a gm 906. They have a bunch of casting slag but are easy to clean up and thick casting. Intake has a 3 angle. Final flow 242 @ .45. Seller is great!

      Nice, with heavy duty wrapping, fast shipping. No disassembling to remove machining debris. They're even coated on the inside, should assist with faster oil drain back. They're exactly as advertised.
