Then when I finally received the parts 1 was damaged he claimed he had insured it through FedEx 2 only find out he wasn’t truthful with me yet again! Then he also attempted 2 downplay the damage item by suggesting it could still be used in this damaged condition. Not to discount the seller taped 2 weak boxes together to make into one box. This buyer wanted a full refund while keeping the items. Buyer was sending lots of none stop with more emails and unending requests. I provided a return shipping label and issue a full refund but this wasn’t good enough. All I got was more emails threatening about leaving negative email. There wasn’t anything I could have done to satisfy the buyer. Sometimes you can’t satisfy some people. The buyer kept the items. OMG
