Also I ordered a 1 leaf cutting with roots and the seller was very kind and upgraded my order to a 2 leaf cutting due to not having at the time the 1 leaf cutting at no extra charge. If it were the case with other sellers (most of them, not all) they simply cancel the order and refund which shows how much this seller appreciates the buyer.

The leaf itself was wrapped with bubble paper, and that worked well as a buffer to the box and its many hardships on the road. I wasn’t sure about my purchase (not from quality of product) so I requested a return which was immediately granted, and a label was provided to me. Then last minute I changed my mind again! So I kept it, great communication from seller the whole process!
