I messaged the company on 4/08/2025 asking when they planned on shipping it since it was guaranteed to be delivered 2 days later and immediately after that message they created a shipping lable so I asked for a full refund and for them to keep the item here we are on today 4/10/2025 they have just finally shipped the item!
