    I’m giving a positive review because the boots are/WERE beautiful. However, not at all happy about the lack of correctly packaging my boots for shipment. They were just crammed into a little tiny box which left very deep creases & heel dents on every inch of the suede body of the boots…very disappointing, please learn from this, the next customer might not be so forgiving & give you a negative review even tho they love the item they purchased.

    The puzzle was complete and in nice condition. Half of the box bottom was stained yellow, which was not disclosed. Also, because the package was not shipped in a box, a corner of it was crushed and it caused the top corner of the puzzle box to split. Seller had packaged it well but it really helps when they are boxed. It was free shipping so I really can't be upset about it. Overall, a good experience.
