    Can we discuss what actually happened? The used clothing item did have a few residual hairs that were missed. Buyer threatened negative comments in FB if I did not offer a satisfactory resolution. I apologized & offered that the seller could return the item at my expense. That IS a resolution. She wanted to keep the item AND wanted a refund. When I did not refund, she left damaging feedback, as threatened. Her FB & FB left for others shows she does this to Sellers often. How shameful. Blackmail
