As soon as I turned the laptop on, I noticed two dead / stuck pixels on the screen. Also, the remaining battery capacity was barely at 81%. I immediately wrote the seller, but didn't receive a response from them for almost a week. And when they finally wrote me back, they tried to convince me to not return the laptop! This laptop clearly wasn't refurbished.

I had a minor issue with shipping damage but the seller took care of it promptly and fairly and I was able to order a replacement for the small part that was broken. The seller also offered a full refund, however he also offered a partial credit that covered the cost of the broken part, which was completely fair. Very good experience with the seller.
