    Essentially brand new. Still in some of the factory packaging. There was a gouge in the front of the receiver unit but that was probably from the EBay people using a box cutter when repackaging at their international hub. Everything worked properly. Package was shipped promptly by seller. Accurate description from the seller. I would suggest, when selling to Canadian addresses the seller should use their own direct shipping method and avoid the eBay hub, faster and cheaper for everyone.

    Lacks reliability, but has cool features

    The first one I received did not work despite being brand new. Customer support had to send a replacement, which was a relatively easy process. The issue is that the wifi monitor is nowhere near as reliable as a typical, simple baby monitor. The breathing feature is excellent, but I'm having issues getting audible alarms for no movement, which will require another call to customer support.
