I received an empty box that was mutilated and taped back up by the USPS and the part was lost and not in the box. What needs to happen is that you need to issue an insurance claim for the item and issue me a refund. Otherwise, I will need to report this as a fraudulent claim to my credit card company. Just do what you are supposed to do.

Alternator is defected ...... after all that couldn't return alternator cause 30 day return date had expired . Iam stuck with it. Please make sure all your items work as they should before shipping
