    Sunflower Lecithin, Better Than Most!

    I've used one brand of Lecithin for many years and decided to try a different source. I recently switched to Now Foods Lecithin, from Sunflower, for the anticipated benefits of cardiovascular health, fat transport and fat metabolism, as well as liver and cell function. This is my third bottle of this product, and I've experienced no side effects whatsoever. An unexpected bonus of the daily dosage is the greatly improved health and growth of my nails! I've used other products from this company with satisfaction, and can recommend this as well.
