    The Lenovo m920x was described as refurbished, but it honestly appeared to be brand new. The price was very fair for the model I ordered. I had a minor issue with shipping damage but the seller took care of it promptly and fairly and I was able to order a replacement for the small part that was broken. The seller also offered a full refund, however he also offered a partial credit that covered the cost of the broken part, which was completely fair. Very good experience with the seller. Thanks

Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back.
