      The seller shipped item on time and it was packed well. Though the item arrived looking OK,. Functionally it was rough. It some broken parts, and it needed 3 hours in my workshop to make it usable . The seller had no way to tell as i am sure its an item they had no clue about. I will give this seller good feedback, and some advice. Maybe more close examination and research would have given them more information of how to list this item. The parts were worth what i paid.Caveat Emptor!!!
