The pot volt adjuster was a bit sensitive, but I was able to get to within .1V of 24V with a little effort. The fan is a bit noisy, but I can live with that. Just make sure you switch from 220v to 110v to get it working correctly. So far, so good.

It's been up and running for at least two days now with no problems. Adjusted the output voltage under load slightly down to accommodate the circuit board in the switch. Would recommend this item would purchase it again if I need one, it took a little bit longer to ship then I was hoping for but still not bad!
