The seller tried to keep the shipping charges of $5.50 for herself. She gave me a partial refund. I've had other sellers try this too. I was upset and let her know. She called me rude. Then she didn't know how to actually refund the $5.50. She looked up PayPal and sarcastically says I hope these are all you. I finally explained how to do it. She finally got it right.
