Contacted seller to notify them of the issue. They wanted me to send it in to have part installed. There was another item available in which I suggested that they just trade me with that one instead. I was told it wasn’t available. So, I just requested a refund after returning. Seller did do a good job of resolving the issue.

    Dell Inspiron 389 with the Intel Core i5-11400 is a great system.
