    VERY unprofessional. i purchased (paid immediately) an item then when i asked if it shipped yet almost two weeks later, i got no response from the seller. escalated to ebay then received a refund with NO seller communication. i still wanted the item as is it was hard to find and am quite fair when it comes to shipping delays.
