I have to remove all the hardware refurbished the metal parts, paint and reinstall the hardware. The metal was of poor quality. The plastic material was not as e pected I felt it could if been a little better made for the cost of the coop. These coops are being sold at a steep discount due to the corrosion on the hardware (as noted in the listing on eBay). This is not typical but resulted from a long-term storage issue at our warehouse. We do have a replacement hardware kit available for purchase for $50 plus tax, shipping included. We would be happy to arrange for that with you - just send us a message.

Overall good coop! We love ours! It took about 20 minutes to put together with 2 people! I don’t feel like it was worth $700+ dollars BUT we still love it! We are sending you a replacement pack of hardware with our sincere apologies! This is not a normal issue, but the location these coops are stored in experienced some unusual conditions and a few of the coops have had issues with the hardware.
