    Very disappointed with the seller. I received my item, box was torn, and finally had a chance to open the package 5 days later. When I was putting my gate together I noticed the bottom was broken. I reached out to the seller requesting a replacement and never heard anything. I had to file a claim with Ebay to get a refund after sending this back to the seller.

    Not as expected

    The carrier is not stable; it constantly turned from one side to the other and the poor cat was like in a tumbling machine. I had to stop constantly to turn it around in its wheels. I end up carrying it most of the time. For a much better price I bought another with no wheels but excellent in every aspect.
