      Gentle Iron

      I was anemic back in 2016, so I have to take iron and B12 every day so it doesn’t happen again. These capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I recommend this product to anyone who has been anemic or might become anemic.

      People are Talking About

      The body makes new cells throughput it life. You need iron to make cells in your body. But how do you get enough? You can research and find ways with diet but it is simpler to take this iron supplement. People typically do not like taking iron supplements, because iron supplements in most forms causes constipation. Not this one. It is “easily digestible”, and your body will function well. Take with vitamin C. Because you need vitamin C to utilize iron! (Learned that from a Red Cross employee.) Iron can interfere with some medications such as thyroid supplements, so I recommend separating from medication. By at least 2 hours.

      Anemia Away!

      I've been anemic for years and doctors have recommended I take iron supplements. Most iron supplements cause digestive issues and/or constipation. Oh fun. However, the formulation of these greatly reduces those side effects, yet are effective in raising my iron levels according to my blood tests. So highly recommended!

      The only iron that works for me

      Iron bisglycinate and iron pyrophosphate are the only forms of iron that don't constipate me and work well for me, I usually go back and forth between the two. Great value for money, quality product, if you are tired of passing bricks from your iron supplement try it, there is a great chance you'll tolerate it well, it really does what it says.

      Great product

      I am using the Gentle Iron from Solgar for some years, due to being a vegan with low iron. Since I started using it (two pills a week), my blood iron has been adjusted correctly. Plus, I don't have any stomach problems.
