    I purchased the book in "Like New" condition, but it arrived with water damage on the cover, which is visible in the photos I am attaching to this review. The seller refused to issue a refund, citing a no-return policy. They offered a partial refund, but I do not want a book in this condition. I am disappointed with this experience, as the seller misrepresented the condition of the book. I would not recommend this seller based on this situation.

    The box and manual for the pump showed the Spectra Synergy Gold breast pump as did the eBay listing, but a Spectra S1 Plus pump was in the box. Then the seller tried to refuse accepting a return for the pump and refund me because I had received the pump AND opened a case against me for “not shipping” the pump back when I did ship it, plus the return shipping information had already been updated. Don’t bother buying from this seller. Not worth the trouble.

    The seller listed Elvie Stride Plus as a new pump in a sealed box. The delivered pump was definitely used: a lot of grease stains on pump parts, plus the content of the box was randomly and bulky stored inside (not sealed and packed as the manufacturer does). Also, the box "seal" was just a dirty piece of tape. Do not buy from this seller. It is scam.
