When I unwrapped the jarritos, they were clearly packaged with care, but half of them arrived broken. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive and quickly gave a partial refund for the items that didn't make it intact. The ones that were whole were exactly as described.

The seller resolved problem once proof pictures of breakage was given and then took care of the problem very fast, this was actually a good seller to me and took responsibility for the shipping issue.
