    Works well, but is not quiet.

    Switch works well. I am used to quiet switches. This one is NOT quiet. Takes some getting used to. Switch did NOT include: 1) power cord(s) and the listing didn't say they weren't included. 2) clips to keep power cords from accidentally coming out, though they are shown in the picture. Just so you know... it measures 10x17" First one had issues with VLANs. They replaced it and the new one works great (still not quiet, though).
