So if it breaks down within two years I'll get a replacement which gives me peace of mind especially since I'm new to Tineco products. I opted for the S5 corded version it works GREAT steam is hot and powerful vacuum is good mop/roller excellent Great Buy highly rec!!!

It definitely leaves your floors looking spotless. I have used both the regular setting on my hardwood floors and the steam setting on my tile floors. The steam setting works very well on getting dirt out of the grout between the tiles. It is quite easy to use. Clean up is easy. I ordered the corded model for extended cleaning time that I might need.
