    Curling wand with 3 attachments was poorly packaged in a small bubble wrap mailer. One of the attaching rods was broken at the attachment site due to improper packing. Contacted seller. Seller offered $11 off or I take the time out of my schedule to buy new packing materials and essentially schedule a time to mail back at the post office. I work during post office hours. An ordeal that could have been prevented had packaging been done correctly.
