Seller had previously described this Funko as "Near Mint" and I keep up with the grading according to PSA. With ANY kind of tear on the front clear window, immediately drives the graded score down to a 5 (which is about Average) Long story short, the seller IMMEDIATELY sent me the label to return the item. The same day the seller received the return, He issued me my refund:)
