    Seller didn't ship till I contacted him after 5 days with no action. He claimed ebay did not inform him that I had paid the invoice. The part I received did not have the PN advertised in the photo. The part was poorly packaged for shipping. Seller refused my request for a refund, claiming I was trying to ship him back my old part. Had to involve ebay to settle this. Seller needs to learn two things: "Honesty is the best policy" and "Do unto others what you would have others do unto you."

    7 minutes after I placed the order I realized the panel was not going to match my interior, so I canceled the order. So the order could not have been picked or packed yet. I then waited 3 days to be told that my cancellation request was denied by the seller. I could understand if I had received and wanted to return the item and that was denied because the seller does not accept returns, but the cancellation was requested 7 minutes after the order was placed. That, I don't understand.
