Finally arrived, well packaged with a small free gift by way of apology. Pleased with the item (albeit a little pricy for what it is and has a few imperfections, but it is handmade and for a SG1-fan) but not a fan of the service provided; appear to not be the only one to have experienced this issue, so just to be aware if your purchase is time sensitive, as mine was.
