I had to disable the internet, and reinstall windows using a HD just to bypass the lock on the bios and get it working, took a couple of hours. The laptop is great otherwise, solid shape and condition and now works fine. The seller immediately offered to exchange it, which wasn’t needed. Just wish they properly installed windows or advertised it as a commercial laptop. Can tell it has some wear but overall good value.
