It arrived broken, missing both side mirrors and a headlight cover, with a wheel detached. I tried resolving the issue with the seller but she denied wrongdoing, accusing me of misplacing parts. The package also contained unsolicited Christian conversion material, which I found inappropriate. The experience was frustrating due to the damaged product, uncooperative seller, and unwelcome religious content.Reply from: straightarrowdiecastltd- Feedback replied by seller straightarrowdiecastltd.- Feedback replied by seller straightarrowdiecastltd.I shipped this car in mint condition only to be told it arrived without headlight covers and mirrors and the wheel fell off. This buyer says they will be happy to keep this awful model if I will just refund them most of there money. I have been selling on ebay over 15 years and do not dismantle a car before I ship it. This is how I support my family so kind of important not to cheat customers! I also do not just give my items away so this will need to be returned to me (ruined now) for refund.
