    The packing was good; the shipping time was as expected. The description on the site was not what I was expecting. I was expecting 9.5 medium shoe and got 9.5 4E. The price was more than I wanted to pay but really was looking for a good walk/run shoe, so the price was reasonable. Wish they had been medium. This seller accepted returns, so the process was not difficult, but asking for pictures I thought was asking for more than necessary.
