When I asked why, they said that the shipping address was "unverifiable." Been using same shipping address in eBay for 20 years, and nobody else has had a problem. There was little packaging or padding. The box was barely taped together with gaps that the small parts could fall out. It’s a shame because this mixer is fixable but shipped out very haphazardlykitchenaid mixer replacement parts (#226278945396)
