    Poorly documented

    My main gripe with this product is lack of information about how it is intended to be used. There's a piece of paper with tiny print in many languages about the warranty provisions, about which I'm unconcerned for now (I'll worry about that if I ever drop the phone, hopefully never). Nowhere is it explained that in order to plug the Lightening connector into my iPhone SE I need to fold back or cut away a piece of Silicone since it's intended for several different models. There's a little plastic card labeled "installation card" which had no further information. I found dislodging the bubbles that inevitably are left behind after installing the screen protector nearly impossible. After a couple of days of trying different objects--pen caps, etc.--and leaving some scratches on the ...

    If you are looking for "cheap case", then this will work, otherwise, pass

    actual case is OK, just no screen protector. I mena, it's what one should expect for such a low cost, it's only that I have owned many Otter's over the years, I didn't even know they made a model w/ out a screen protector.
