I have one issue that I sent an email message to the seller on April 9 requesting advice. I have not received a response. Here is the issue: When I access Windows Update, it says: Get the newer version of Windows to stay ... This ended up being costly to me as I needed the laptop delivered on time as indicated by the estimated delivery date. The seller did respond in decent time and I eventually got the laptop which was properly packaged with adequate protection. For a used laptop it looked good and Performs well so far. The shipping blunder spoiled my experience
