Professionally cleaned. No holes, tears, animal or smoke. There is antique wear over the century, buy if ok, but clean, durable and colorful with value for another century. Double knotted upon two foundation layers for extreme durability. Millions of individually hand tied knots, 150 per square inch per foundation layer or 300 effective kpsi. Durable and charming for another century of use, will maintain value. Background is a nuanced red/purple tone darker and lighter tones from natural dye oxidation over the century, a beautiful affect called 'abrash' by curators and collectors.
