Bought the item, paid for it, and it showed up as advertised, and on time, but missing it's included in the sale, operators manual. I contacted seller, and seller stated that yes they had the manual, and would send it out immediately. They did, and it arrived a few days later. NO B.S. or excuses of any kind. Under these circumstances, I have to issue a positive.
