    Essentially brand new. Still in some of the factory packaging. There was a gouge in the front of the receiver unit but that was probably from the EBay people using a box cutter when repackaging at their international hub. Everything worked properly. Package was shipped promptly by seller. Accurate description from the seller. I would suggest, when selling to Canadian addresses the seller should use their own direct shipping method and avoid the eBay hub, faster and cheaper for everyone.

    Excellent radar detector!

    I really hated to part with this amount of money for a radar detector, but the truth is, you get what you pay for. The Escort iXc is comparable to their top of the line Max360c, except it doesn’t have the directional arrows. It does have Bluetooth and WiFi, so the arrows are the only thing I’m doing without. The Max360c is $650 so those arrows weren’t that important. The iXc has excellent features and has a long range. All in all, a great buy! I highly recommend it!

    Escort iXc radar detector.

    After the purchase and following the instruction, I had to dig deep on the web site for the product and found out it was worthless unless I paid for the 1 year or 2 year subscription for a down load. On the web site this should of came with a three month subscription but after registering this item and down loading tools it wiped it clean. There is more but no info was offered during this purchase. Highly recommend visiting the actual web site for needed info. Business hours are bankers hours.

    No long range

    So far the radar detector has only alerted me when the cop was already in sight. Luckily, I wasn't speeding. But I don't have confidence that if I am speeding, this detector will alert me with sufficient time to slow down and avoid a ticket.
