The DSP function gives you a wide range of frequencies to give you the clarity. The vocals and Bass desire came in a nice box wrapped on the inside came in very good condition. Items shipped were well packaged but Im sure depending on how the shipping facility handles it you could recieve something to be upset about. They used FedEx for my shipment, arrived by the day it stated it would which is great, but FedEx notoriously gave two different arrival dates prior to the expected date and could not make it those days leading to frustration when I had cleared my schedule for them.
