    I bought a watch described as "New, with tags". As you can see it has a bent faceplate. The once-nice original sleeve packaging was crushed and the booklets were dented due to the thoughtless bubble envelope packaging. This is just not acceptable for a $200 item.

    This customer left negative feedback before reaching out. I hadn’t noticed the issue w/ the dial so I gave him a full refund & offered to pay postage, no questions asked. Still, he sent several rude messages (which I reported to eBay). He made profane comments, suggested I pay him extra to be "made whole," and insulted my disability, all after receiving a full refund immediately after requesting it. He was the most unpleasant buyer I've ever encountered on eBay. Sellers beware.

    Falsely described damaged item as "new" using photos of a different watch. Claimed that the back had a "minor blemish" from the manufacturer but didn't show it. It was badly wrinkled. No way it came that way new. He withheld leaving feedback and I soon learned why. He threatened to hit my feedback if I didn't remove the negative comment and soon made good on his threat, leaving a retaliatory comment with more falsehoods. Over two hours of my time were wasted on returning and dealing with this.
