Packaging was excellent and very well protected as the box had taken a hit and the foam around the amp worked to stop damage. Amp was just like it was described, but I could have used abit more info on it's working condition. All cables, etc. included and was shipped well. NOTE: Even though they say to give five days handling time from the time of the order (it was - May 12th), the rating says "Item shipped: Wed, May 07" - it was not. If the opportunity happens, I would buy from this vendor again.

I refused the delivery, the seller offered to give me a partial refund to offset the difference. Which I accepted in good faith. When I recived the item, it was broken in half and did not apear in any way the same as the advertisment. Because I accepted the partial refund I lost my ablity to refile a claim.
