It is a new item BUT the hair color is blonde not brown and the lines around the eyes are thicker on the bottom. The head is really floppy. I asked to return it and they offered me a 50% refund which is fine because it would probably cost that much to ship it back. I’m going to attempt to dye the hair. You can 100% tell it’s a fake though. I’m leaving a positive review because shipping was excellent and communication was very quick.
