    I ended up having a positive experience with this seller. At first, there was a mistake and the wrong crossbow was sent to me. I emailed the seller and they responded immediately apologizing thoroughly for their mistake and they did whatever they could to make it right. I received a call from them and they were very helpful. Other than the inconvenience of shipping the wrong one back, I did receive the correct one a few days later and it was just as described. Honest mistake, but they fixed it.
