I ordered it not knowing really what to expect the sound quality is not as great as obviously the Nest Audio but I have this in my home office which works perfectly cuz I really just need it for reminders. Brand new as described.

Seller used Fedex instead of USPS and was free shipping, amazing value in the shipping alone. Product was in better than described condition. It still had the factory protective screen on it. I noticed that the seller forgot to include the ac adapter as advertised. A quick message swiftly resolved the issue, and he ensured that the an ac adapter would be sent within 24 hours.
