Didn't find out till after the 30 day return window had closed. Contacted seller. Explained the issue. Immediately they sent me a return label for the faulty radio and shipped out a replacement which works perfectly. Excellent communication. Gave no hassel what so ever and even apologized. Highly recommended seller and radio. Both are fantastic! Thank you so much!
