    I communicate with seller prior to purchase. Seller was asked to please pack item for safe secure arrival. When I picked up the package, it RATTLED. Box had hole on top most likely caused by unsecured lid hitting it. Very little packing material was used to secure item. LUCKILY, roaster & lid were not damaged. Item was as described in listing. And yes, I contacted seller prior to my feedback but seller did not respond.

    Scam

    It was definitely not new. You can tell it’s been used a lot and it doesn’t even work. I put brand new batteries in it and it turns on and then it turns off. I even tried to charge it and it won’t charge.
