        The saddle arrived not as described. It was was listed as a 17" but was actually a 14". There was also stitching missing. I contacted the seller myself but they did not respond until I got ebay involved. They were willing to work with me but ended up accepting a return once the size discrepancy was found. I never received my refund after the item was returned, according to ebay they tried to refund but encountered an issue but never contacted me so once again ebay had to involved .
